I'm a professional communicator with experience on every side of the media business. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across newsrooms, college athletics, national sports networks, and now in the food and agriculture space. My career has included roles at three TV stations, three NCAA institutions, a global sports broadcasting network, and now at a farmer-owned dairy brand, where I lead digital content and storytelling.

I’m originally from Madison County, Virginia, and I earned both my undergraduate degree in Journalism and my master’s in Sports Leadership from James Madison University.
